Restrictions in some areas are starting to ease. Still, some consumers will continue to practice social distancing and it’s important to meet them where they are. If they want to keep things virtual, no problem.
Every agent out there needs to find a way to continue serving their clients through virtual showings, online open houses, etc.
When you take good photos of a property, you’re setting yourself up for success the next time you go out on a listing appointment because you can reference your great listing photography as a good “body of work”, so-to-speak.
When you do a virtual tour, you’re doing a service to potential online buyers because:
- You’re giving them the ability to see much more than they normally would in a single still image
- You’re giving them the ability to image themselves in the room while sipping on their morning coffee
- You’re giving them the ability to fully preview the property without leaving the comfort of their own home in the moment
