On today’s episode, we’re discussing how to become a better problem solver to build your business. Ricardo happened upon a book called Upstream: The Quest to Solve Problems Before They Happen by Dan Heath. The book talks about what happens when we think ahead and try to prevent problems before they happen. It questions the behavior of living reactively and asks the question why ‘solve’ crimes when we could stop them being committed? Why treat chronic diseases when they could be prevented from developing?
