The pandemic has changed the way everyone in the world does business. Real estate agents rely on in person sales tactics to build relationships and help people buy homes for their families. But most if not all of the in person lead generation strategies aren’t possible right now and we don’t know for sure when they will be possible again. Another thing to think about is how will the world be changed after the pandemic is behind us.

We talk about alternatives to open houses on today’s episode. The ability to get face to face is fundamentally different today. So we are all trying alternative methods like using email or zoom. You want to have as much human to human connection as you possibly can, but in the period of COVID, that’s obviously challenged.
So what can you do to have something at least coming as proximate as possible. And if you can’t have that, then how can you still communicate who you are, give people a sense of what you’re about, how you can help them and ultimately, why should they care about you when you’re not talking to them face to face and having a human to human connection.
